THE PROCESS WITH US

Our way of working is permeated by the basic idea that you as a client should feel secure that the work we perform is predictable both in terms of costs and procedure. You will be quickly informed during the process if there is any news in your case from e.g. courts, authorities or other parties and what steps are expected from our side in solving your legal problem.

The initial steps in a case are as follows:

1.) You contact us with your legal problem, you'll receive a free evaluation of your case. In this part, we initially assess whether the information you give us can be resolved by legal means.

2.) If we conclude that we can proceed with your case, the next step is to agree on the pricing. Justice Lawyers differs from many other law firms as we work with a stage-based pricing model to complete the assignment and in accordance with the hourly cost standard. This means that, at each "stage" during the course of the assignment, we set a maximum price.

→ Conclusively, you are always informed ahead of time about how much the case as a whole may end up costing as well as how much each stage might cost.

3.) When the assigned agreement and power of attorney are signed by you, we book another call/meeting where we go through the details of your case and ask for additional material in order to delve deeper into your case.

4.) Next, you sit back and let us do the "rough work". The whole purpose of hiring a lawyer is for you to be able to be relieved in one area of your life and to rely on the legal and technical competence of an expert to tackle your problem in the best way. Your lawsuit is our sole business!
